الطريقة سهلة للغاية، خذ حزمة من البقدونس أو الكزبرة و اغسلها جيداً. ثم قم بتقطيعها لقطع صغيرة و ضعها في وعاء وصبّ عليها ماء نظيف و قم بغلي المزيج لمدة عشر دقائق
