What does 'sahtain' mean? I hear it a lot and I'm not sure exactly what it means. Jazakumullah Khair

“Sa7teen” is a complement that people say after they offer foot to their guests, or after someone in your house finishes eating food, so you tell them “sa7teen”. Literally means “double health” or “two health” as you are wishing them the best of health.

What does 'نلبي' mean?
شكرا -
It means (we fulfil) or (we do what we are asked for). So a well known sentence like:
نلبي النداء nulabby annedaa2
would mean (we fulfil and take action to the call), where (نداء) is (call).
Hope it is clear -
This is a collocational problem. The Arabic word ﻨﺪﺎﺀ corresponds to several English nouns, including “call”, “appeal”, “summons” and “call-up”. The translation equivalents of the verb ﻨﻠﺒﻲ will vary from noun to noun: “answer a call”, “respond to an appeal”, “answer / obey / respond to a summons”, “answer / respond to a call-up”.
