let me answer your question.venus has the highest tempreture becuase of the very dense atmosphere around it which has a very strong greenhouse effet on it .It traps the heat recieved from the sun and this makes the planet hotter than Mercury.Thank you for creating this lesson as i wanted you before.

Great lesson! Listeners should also know that many of the English names for stars also come from Arabic. Betelgeuse from بيت الجوزاء (house of Orion), Altair from النّسر الطّائر (the flying eagle), Rigel from رجل الجبّار (foot of the great one), and Fomalhout from فم الحوت (mouth of the whale), to name a few.

For all you astronomy geeks out there, this is your lesson! We go through a conversation between a teacher and his student about the solar system. By the end of the lesson you should know the Arabic names for all the planets in the solar system among other things. Yes, the planets have Arabic names, if you didn't know this fact, and it's a good all-round knowledge to have.

When I originally wrote the dialogue, I wasn't paying attention and used علم النجوم instead of علم الفلك for astronomy. علم النجوم is astrology though.
