Beginner - Buying a house

I wasn't sure if this conversation was in 'ammiah or in fusha. Sounds like it was in fusha, but in the sentence هل هذه اول مرة لك" تشتري منزل" shouldn't it be "تشتريمنزلا"? I would appreciate any clarification. Thanks!

Just to correct the typo above what I meant was, shouldn't the sentence be "تشتري منزلا" since it's مفعول here? Or are we ignoring this because this is supposed to be in 'ammiah? Any clarification is appreciated!

Good point. In Arabic, the word that comes just before a pause in the sentence gets silent letter at the end. Here (منزل) came at the end of the sentence, therefore the (ل) letter was silent at end. If you add more words to the sentence then you add the haraka which is (tanween fat7) as you described, like in هل هذه أول مرةٍ لك تشتري منزلاً في هذه المدينة؟
