I didn't fully understand the diolouge at 0.36 lam waqa but here is my interpretation the boy had asked the girl if she was from this village and she wasn't and he told her that he is also from a different village and then the girl tells him that a monster destroyed her village and she dosent have a house and that she is lonely but she entertains her self through singing and that she is happy whenever she sings she also says that she has two friends shiri and tutu also what is the plural of wijdan emotion and also is that word used colloqully or is there another replacement word for it thanks

حنون should this not be in feminin?or is this the freedom of the writer of the song
-
Yes Jetset, you very much explained the dialogue between the boy and the girl. The plural form of wijdan could be (awjud أوجُد) or (wajaadeen وجادين) and this word (wijdaan) is very classical, hence people in the street use (sho3oor شعور)-(feeling, emotion) which is also a classical word but is used in the street as well.

Plop, in poetry and literature there is such tendency to use masculine adjectives with feminine words, like (همسة حنون) or (طفلة لعوب). It is not often used but when used it is accepted.

Yes another song today, from one of Ehab's cartoons that he used to watch when he was little. It's a nice poetry with some useful vocabulary, and as usual we break it down and explain every word!
