As for your question, the following should clarify it
أبغى - I want
يبغى - He wants
تبغى - You/She wants
نبغى - We want
This is the Khaleeji/Gulf way of saying want. The classical equivalent is
أريد - I want
يريد - He wants
تريد - You/She wants
نريد - We want

I have never heard ايش in the Gulf. I have heard it in Yemen though. The words I hear for what are ويش, شنو, و شو and شو is the most common. I live on the border of Oman and the UAE
