Upper Intermediate - Floods

This is a timely lesson. Here in the East Coast of the U.S., a couple of hurricanes in the past few years have introduced people to the Federal Emergency Management Agency and flooding issues. Interesting to see that you've focused upon Colorado, a Rocky Mountain internal state. We think of Colorado as a winter skiing destination. Very nice work!
