    I made a typo in my comment above. My intended meaning was "Thanks, I need this lesson. If I don't have coffee I fall asleep". So I think I should have written

    I've just listened to the podcast. Let me have a go at translating what Ehab said (in Arabic) at the end:
    يالله محمد...جلينانسجل ثاني درس
    "Come on Mohamed, let's record a 2nd lesson", or "Come on Mohamed, let's record another lesson'.
