samra24, You can use a word derived from (qa6rah قطرة) which literally means (a drop). The sentence in your example would be:
The water is dripping الماء يقطر Almaa2 yaq6ur
Notice this is classical Arabic, so what people use often in the street is another word that is derived from (nuq6ah نقطة) which is a (dot)! .. So the sentence would be:
Almaa2 yunaqqi6 الماء ينقط
