Tau,the proper way of writing it is ( كافية ) but as you mentioned sometimes people write the last letter (ـة) without the double dots.

A question:
In line 3 of the transcript, should “ كافيه “, feminine, not be spelled like “ كافية “ with ta marbuta ?
Or can the two dots be omitted in casual writing ?
