Since you Ehab asked in the lesson for the ogigin of the word you use for diet,
In spanish we use the same word with the same meaning:
"Yo estoy a régimen" = I am on diet.

Good lesson as usual.

Now my question,
In the lesson you say at some point "not enough", is it equivalent to " ما يَكْفِي", I think I heard it once with "ما" instead of "لا"
