You can write it as Assa3ah or Alsa3a but not al as3ah.
It is all about whether you write the spelling equivelent or the pronounciation one. meaning, if you are using English letter to write the pronounciation, then it should be Assa3ah, but if you are using English letters to write the spelling equivelent, then use Alsa3ah.

I want to know why this language have to use the number as and alphabet and how they pronounce ?

Some Arabic letters don't have equivalent in English, so number are used. We've done a lesson called (Letter pronunciation) that describes this matter, if you search for the word (pronunciation) you should be able to find the lesson.
