The Libyan Rapper who sang this song ,named Ibn Thabit, is whom I really respect. His music is all downloadable because he used them all to fight against post regime,not for making money. Doesn't راھو mean "he is", like raani means I am, raak, means you are, raaki you are (fem.) raakum (you are pl.) etc. in the Algerian dialect?? Ehab said the ra referred to the standard arabic word "to see"رَأَى. I am not very good at the north-african dialects, so I'm not sure, but I think there might have been a mix-up
